Choose from five power levels, 10 kW to 50 kW. The system caps the rate automatically to reduce thermal stress during fast charging.
Select a slow charge level from 1 kW to 5 kW — useful for limited outlets, solar systems, or low-current supplies.
Cap charging at 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, or 90% to avoid unnecessary full-charge cycles and reduce long-term degradation.
Uses live BMS data — SOC, SOH, and battery temperature — to dynamically regulate DC fast charge current and protect the pack.
Plug-and-play inline harness configurations for AZE0 and ZE1 models. ZE0 requires a labelled cut-in CAN harness.
All four charging control features are set using the car's HVAC controls — no laptop, no app, no extra hardware.
Plug the inline harness into the vehicle's CAN connector, connect the fused 12V tap and ground wire. No wire cutting required on AZE0 and ZE1 models.
Reconnect the 12V battery and power the car on. A normally operating instrument cluster confirms the bridge is communicating correctly.
Use the gear selector and fan speed to set DC fast charge limits, SOC limits, and AC charge limits — no tools, no app, no laptop required.
